太极班

The Taiji class is organized for enhancing the physical and mental well-being of participants. It helps to develop awareness of the body and acquire greater levels of balance, energy, strength and grounding.
Response for this 18-month course, based on the Yang-style Taiji Quan, always proved
to be very overwhelming.

太极班的组织活動是为了增进参加者身心的健康。它有助于提高身体的意识,并获
