Yang-Style Taiji Quan Class

The Taiji class is organized for enhancing the physical and mental well-being of participants. It helps to develop awareness of the body and acquire greater levels of balance, energy, strength and grounding. This is a 18-month course, based on the Yang-style Taiji Quan.
